Used Parts Policy
All used parts sold by B&M Tractor Parts, Inc have a 90 day (beginning at invoice date) limited warranty against part defect or failure. Any warranties must be approved by B&M Tractor Parts, Inc and must be accompanied by an invoice. During this time a replacement part or full refund including shipping cost will be given. B&M Tractor Parts, Inc is not liable for associated damage to other parts or any labor/repair cost. All New, Rebuilt and Special Order parts are subject to manufacturer warranty. All returns are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee.

Core Policy
- Cores must be received within 30 days of invoice date.
- Customer is responsible for all core freight charges unless otherwise noted.
- Core must be a complete assembly, matching the purchased product.
- Cores damaged from fire, wrecks or other mishandling may have a lesser or no core value.
- Seized cores may have a lesser or no core value.
- Disassembled cores will not receive core credit.
- If you have questions about your core please call and talk to a parts representative.

Core Return Instructions
- Core must be returned in original package.
- Drain all fluids from core before placing in original package.
- Core must be identified with proper Core tag and Core return labels.
- Include a copy of your invoice with the returned Core.

** Upon receiving proper core B&M Tractor Parts will issue core refund within 5 business days. **
